Historically, patrons don’t pay for artists to create content. They pay to help artists develop because they believe in their work. I’ve no interest in delivering content by 5pm on a Wednesday for a bunch of people paying $3 a month. That is a sure fire way to burnout and overwhelm- it’s a totally captitalist way of doing things.

Yes, yes it did kill Olympic coverage. 2024 it's gonna get worse. They are only showing the finals for most stuff, 9 hours of coverage and thats it, the prime time is a recap of the crap they just showed for 9 hours. WTF??? in 2020 I didn't even know if other countries were competing for the most part because they only showed Americans. I dont want to get up at 1 am to watch a swimming final, [put that in primetime, run the games for 24 hours for two weeks like they did at the turn of the century. Not only is their more sports that shouldn't be there, now there's less coverage, it is garbage and not worth watching now, especially if you have to pay for it.

Something I see is creators giving TOO MUCH away for free, like hour-long daily videos, then offering a $15.99 per month membership for the promise of an extra video a week/2 weeks. First, they should only give away 1-2 free shorter videos a week, then give all the long dailies to their members. Second, $15.99 is a little too painful for most people. They get 8 rich members who pay it while the rest walk away from that price. They should remember that their audience is the entire English speaking world. Charge an easy $4.99 and you will get thousands of memberships as opposed to 8 rich people. Make it PAINLESS and you’ll get tons of members.

Great video and YES, you should monetise every which way you can while providing massive value. For anyone who has a following or who would like to create a following and make life changing revenue, look into creating a SKOOL community...it's changing peoples lives! I hope everyone reading this takes action and crushes their goals this year!

Some feedback if you're open to it? The music mix is too loud imo. It's a trend here on UA-cam to crank the music almost to the point where it's competing with the audio volume. This is unfortunate because you can have something really great to share but you'll be losing a percentage of the population that can't handle it. I'd love to hear what is being said but I can't get past the distracting music.
